Recorded On: 05/25/2021

Is additional training standing between you and a promotion, or will additional training simply suck up your time? Will a certificate program be more impactful than a formal college degree? What training programs will have the greatest impact on your career? Learn from an expert as she shares what employees can do to ensure one's success, relevancy, and advancement in their job or future career during the third session of the "Sharpen Your Soft Skills" webinar series powered by the SEMA Businesswomen's Network. Lana Chrisman of Lions Automobilia Foundation served as moderator and was joined by Liz Wetzel, co-director of transportation design at Lawrence Technological University. Wetzel is a former design director for General Motors Global Design and was inducted into the Automotive Hall of Fame for her groundbreaking designs and ability to recruit and mentor women in the automotive design profession.
