The Power of Emotional Intelligence
Recorded On: 07/21/2022
Being an expert at your job means being knowledgeable about your field and industry. However, it’s not always enough to be successful at your job.
Having high emotional intelligence (EI) is critical to success. Understanding, interpreting, and responding to the emotions of co-workers, colleagues, and customers is an essential skill to be an effective co-worker and manager. It also increases productivity and maximizes your communication efforts.
Learn the skills needed to boost emotional intelligence at work, and why having strong EI is essential for communicating with those in your organization, during this live webinar presented by the SEMA Businesswomen’s Network (SBN).
Karen Nutter, a Certified Emotional Intelligence Analyst®, Certified Master Coach® and the Founder of CBK Advising, will share how you can use EI to help and guide others, and how to adjust your communication to positively impact your colleagues and business.
Attendees will engage in a breakout following the presentation to reinforce what was presented and help attendees better master the content.
